Our standard hours of operation are Monday through Friday, between the hours of 10 am and 6 pm Eastern Standard Time. When placing orders, please allow 1-3 business days for process. All orders process and ship once transaction is approved by customer's financial institution.

During seasonal and promotional periods, shipping times may be affected and/or delayed additional business days. Delivery times may be impacted by delays from shipping carriers in this time as well. 

Where does huephoria™ ship?

We currently ship domestically and internationally.

However, for international orders, we do not collect additional shipping duties and taxes. Additional shipping duties and tax fees may apply when order arrives in destination/delivery country. If additional shipping duties and tax fees are applied, you may need to pay the additional shipping duties and taxes to release your order for delivery.

Do I have to sign for my package?

No, you don't need to sign for it; but your package will be released to an adult on premises at the delivery address at the time of delivery. If you would like to add signature required and/or insurance to your delivery, it can be added at an additional cost at checkout.

You’re able to choose from four shipping speeds when you place an order:

    • FREE Standard Delivery (for orders $45+ | Transit Time: 3-7 Business Days) via FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority
    • STANDARD SHIPPING, $5.99 (5-7 Business Days) via FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority
  • INTERNATIONAL:

    IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to orders shipping from the United States, we do not collect shipping duties and taxes. Duties and taxes may be charged upon arrival in destination/delivery country and you may be responsible to pay fees upon delivery.
